1. The triple eccentric design ensures instant contact or separation of the disc from the seat, guaranteeing zero wear and zero leakage.
2. The sealing ring is fully integrated into the disc, allowing replacement without dismantling the entire valve, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
3. The sealing ring consists of layered stainless steel plates and flexible graphite plates (graphite-rubber, asbestos-rubber, etc.), combining the advantages of a rigid metal seal and an elastic seal, providing excellent sealing properties at both low and high temperatures.
4. The conical sealing surface of the seat is hard alloy welded, which ensures wear resistance and a long service life - more than 10,000 opening/closing cycles without damage.
5. The selection of appropriate materials makes the valve resistant to low/high temperatures and corrosion.
6. The use of exclusively fire-resistant materials ensures reliable fire protection.
7. The triple-eccentric design provides self-locking: when the disc reaches the closed position, it is automatically locked, preventing overlap.
