1. Floating seats with double-sided overlap are used to ensure reliable sealing. The inner part of the seats is equipped with sponge gaskets, which contribute to sealing at low pressure and provide fire protection.
2. The valve and body have precision-machined guide mechanisms, and the sealing surfaces are coated with a hard alloy that is resistant to erosion.
3. Thanks to the floating seats and precision-machined guide mechanisms, the torque required to open/close the valve is reduced by half compared to conventional gate valves, ensuring easy operation.
4. Straight-through channel design: when fully open, the channel coincides with the valve openings, having the same size as a straight pipe, which ensures minimal hydraulic resistance.
5. The valve stem has a multi-level gland seal, ensuring uniform compression of the packing, reliable sealing, and low friction.
6. All-weather design: the drive mechanisms are equipped with water and dust protection devices with a high degree of protection.
