Sulfur-resistant nickel alloy gate valves with drain holes

Product Features

1. To ensure excellent strength and rigidity, the valve body is manufactured using nickel alloy forging and welding. The seat assembly has a rigid seal design with a sponge gasket on the rear side.

2. Provides low-pressure tightness and fire resistance. The valve's middle cavity has a self-sealing design, which improves sealing at high pressures—the higher the pressure, the better the seal.

3. A drain hole is provided at the top of the valve to prevent contaminants from the bottom of the body from entering the sealing surfaces and damaging them. The hole ensures alignment with the flow channel when opened. A drain mechanism is installed at the bottom of the body.

Product application

1. The product is designed specifically for use in oil and gas field pipelines with highly acidic environments, which are typical of most Chinese fields.

2. It is used in high-sulfur fields, main pipelines, natural gas and oil production, and the transportation of petroleum products or hydrocarbon gases.
