1. The product design complies with NB/T 47044 and ASME B16.34 standards.
2. The spindle is hardened and nitrided, featuring high thermal stability, wear resistance, and good corrosion resistance.
3. The middle cavity of the valve body has a self-sealing pressure design (Wood seal). The higher the pressure in the body cavity, the better the sealing performance.
4. The gate valve design has two forms: elastic wedge gate valve and wedge double gate valve. The elastic wedge gate valve is pressed against the seat by the medium, ensuring the tightness of the sealing surfaces. The gate valve is elastic, which allows it to compensate for deformations caused by processing or high temperature differences and meet tightness requirements. The double wedge gate valve has a gate valve frame design that provides ease of maintenance, automatic adjustment of the sealing angle depending on the body, and high sealing efficiency.
5. The sealing surfaces of the seat and gate are hard-faced with a cobalt-based alloy or plasma-sprayed, which ensures high heat resistance, wear resistance, and scratch resistance.
