Detailed product information

1. The product design complies with NB/T47044 and ASME B16.34 standards.

2. The spindle is hardened and chlorinated, offering heat resistance, wear resistance, and high corrosion resistance.

3. The middle cavity of the valve body has a self-sealing pressure design (Wood seal) - the higher the pressure in the body cavity, the better the sealing.

4. Medium flow direction: top inlet/bottom outlet; the valve has a double-disc design with low torque during opening/closing and easy operation.

5. The sealing surfaces of the seat and valve are hard-faced with a cobalt-based alloy or plasma-sprayed, providing high heat resistance, wear resistance, and scratch resistance.
