Detailed product information
1. The product design complies with NB/T 47044 and ASME B16.34 standards.
2. The spindle is hardened and nitrided, offering thermal stability, wear resistance, and high corrosion resistance.
3. Erosion-resistant seats, valves, and protective sleeves that have undergone nitriding are used, ensuring resistance to erosion; these components are replaceable.
4. Medium flow direction: top inlet/bottom outlet, ensuring low torque during opening/closing and ease of operation.
5. The sealing surfaces of the seat and valve are hard-faced with a cobalt-based alloy or plasma-sprayed, providing high thermal stability, wear resistance, and resistance to scratches.
6. The body is made of forged construction.
