Detailed product information
The inlet valve is used in conjunction with a check valve. After filling the high-pressure heater with water, as the water pressure increases, when the pressure reaches a certain level, the pressure difference across the cross-section of the inlet valve stem causes the stem to move upward, lifting the valve and opening the channel for water to enter the high-pressure heater, after which the heater is put into operation. In the event of a heater failure (pipe system rupture) and exceeding the permissible water level in the heater, a level signal through an electrical device opens a quick-acting shut-off valve. Condensate enters the upper piston chamber of the inlet valve, lowering the piston, which moves the valve down, closing the inlet to the high-pressure heater and opening the bypass, resulting in the heater being taken out of operation. The full response time is 2 seconds.
