Description    

To meet stringent requirements for sealing, reliability, and safety, the valve body is manufactured using integral forging or forging with welding from nickel-based alloy. The sealing surfaces are hard-faced with cobalt-based alloy (e.g., Stellite) to enhance wear resistance and anti-galling properties, significantly extending the seal service life. The self-sealing mid-cavity design ensures reliable high-pressure sealing – the higher the pressure, the better the sealing performance.

  • This product is designed for use in petrochemical and refining industries under extreme conditions of high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive media.
