Gate Valve

   Description   

  1. The product design complies with the standards NB/T 47044, API600 and ASME B16.34.

  2. The valve stem undergoes quenching and tempering as well as nitriding treatment, providing high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance.

  3. The valve body middle chamber adopts a pressure self-tightening seal structure (Wood seal), where higher internal pressure results in better sealing performance.

  4. The gate structure is available in two types: flexible wedge gate and double wedge gate. The flexible single wedge gate relies on medium force to press the gate against the seat, ensuring sealing at the sealing surfaces. Additionally, the gate possesses flexibility, allowing it to compensate for deformation caused by machining or high-temperature differentials, thereby meeting sealing requirements. The double wedge gate features a gate frame structure, which offers ease of maintenance and automatic adjustment of the sealing angle based on the valve body, ensuring effective sealing.

  5. The sealing surfaces of the seat and gate are overlay-welded with cobalt-based hard alloy or plasma-transferred arc welded, providing high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and excellent anti-galling performance.
