High-Temperature Nickel Alloy Globe Valves

Description

1. To ensure valve safety and reliability, the body is made of nickel alloy through integral forging or forging followed by welding.
2. Due to structural characteristics, globe valves exhibit high flow resistance and significant pressure drop. The sealing surface materials of the disc and seat must resist corrosion, erosion, and maintain hardness at high temperatures. Therefore, the sealing surfaces are hard-faced to enhance wear and galling resistance, extending the seal service life.
3. A double-disc design may be used to reduce the operating torque during valve opening/closing.
4. The valve mid-cavity features a self-sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing under high pressure—the higher the pressure, the better the sealing performance.
5. A mechanism is installed between the stem and guide to prevent stem rotation, allowing only linear movement during opening/closing. This reduces packing wear and ensures its sealing integrity.
