1. This valve provides continuous regulation over a wide range of pressure drops.


2. A multi-stage throttling system with gradual pressure reduction is used, with the pressure drop at each stage within the vaporization pressure range, ensuring cavitation resistance and low noise levels.


3. The valve is designed with an unbalanced single-seat conical seal, ensuring high tightness with zero leakage.


4. The perforated sleeve design, with holes that strictly correspond to the required control characteristics, provides excellent control properties.


5. The optimal clearance between the valve and the sleeve seat minimizes leakage during regulation, ensuring control accuracy. The presence of guide sleeves in the upper and lower parts of the valve guarantees smooth operation without vibration and high self-cleaning properties.


6. The labyrinth design with axial flow of the medium and multi-stage throttle discs for gradual pressure reduction ensures cavitation resistance, low noise, and stable operation.


Product application

The minimum flow valve is used when the unit is under low load, directing part of the feed water flow back to the deaerator tank, preventing overheating and vaporization in the feed pump, thereby ensuring its normal operation. The valve design is specially developed for operation under conditions of high pressure drops in the feed water recirculation line, severe operating conditions, high medium velocity, and intense erosion and cavitation effects on internal components. It can be used in conjunction with feed pumps for power units with a capacity of 100 MW, 125 MW, 200 MW, 500 MW, and others.
